my artwork is varied. i use whatever medium and visual language i feel best conveys my message.

Sometimes it is pop surrealism with links to the etchings of Fransisco Goya. other times it is closer to true pop, photorealism or a kind of meditative macro-impressionism exploring the relationships between colour, mark making and representation.

I have a long term interest in the relationship between frontality, the surface and hard edge, and classical representation with it’s illusion of depth and reality.
